Last year Thailand Open 2005 was a big success.

There will be also a Thailand Open 2006!

Saturday 3 of June 7th round
Sunday 4 of June 8th round and closing ceremony

Prizes:
1st prize: 500 euro + cup
2nd prize: 250 euro + cup
3rd prize: 100 euro + cup
and many more prizes in other categories.

Location:
We will play in the luxury a/c Jomtien Garden Hotel, directly located at the beachroad. Most of the players will live here during the tournament.

Jomtien Garden Hotel is situated at the Jomtien Beach Road 200 meters from the Tulip House in the direction of Pattaya. Every taxi driver will know it.

Adress Tulip House (here is the opening of the tournament Friday 26th of May 20.00 in the evening): 344/3 Jomtien Beach Road, Jomtien.

All the rounds will start at 8.00 in the morning. In the afternoon there are many nice excursions. On the free day there will be a full day excursion.

Playing according to the FMJD-rules, 50 moves in 2 hours per person and then half an hour to finish the game. Referee is Mr. E. Davelaar (international referee of the FMJD).

Maybe there will be a 9th round because of FMJD-regulations.

There will also be a blitz tournament.
